Audit Trail feature tracks access records and CRUD operations on various entities of Adeptia Connect. By default, Audit Trail is enabled in Adeptia Connect and only the Admin user can access and view Audit Trail logs. However, in order to allow other users to access Audit trail, you can create a new user role under GAC and give that user role permission to access Audit Trail.

The Audit Trail page provides detailed information about the following records:

  • CRUD operations on the following entities:
    • Users
    • Partner
    • Network
    • Template
    • Transaction
    • WebForm
  • User Access to Audit Trail Logs
  • User Login & Logout in Adeptia Connect
  • Failed Login Attempt by a User

  • Enabling or Disabling of Audit Trail
  • Activation or Deactivation of a Transaction or Template
  • All AIS services

In case Audit Trail was disabled, you need to enable it to view it from the dashboard page.
