A Network is a group of Partners.

Therefore, you need to add the Network first to add Partner to it. You can also add the Network with multiple Partners in it.

 Adeptia Connect already has four following Networks - Internal, Customers, Suppliers, and Vendors

. You can either use these Networks or add your own Network(s).

Adding a Network

Follow the steps below to add a network:

1. Click Partners from the homepage.
2. Click Networks from the left menu and then click Add Network to add a Network.

3. In the Add Network window, provide a unique name for the Network you are adding.
4. Click Publish as link check box to create a Network as a menu option in the Partners tab. By creating a separate menu of a Network, you can add and manage Partners of the Network separately.
5. Click Add.

This adds the Network. You can view the added network in the list of Networks. If you have added a Network as a link then it will also get added as a menu option in the Partners tab.

Editing a Network

You can modify the name of a Network provided at the time of adding a Network. To modify a Network:

1. Click Partners from the homepage.
2. Click Networks from the left menu.
3. On the Networks screen, click Image Added and then click Edit.

4. On the Edit Network window, edit the name of the Network and click Save.

           This modifies the name of a Network.

Deleting a Network

Delete a

Network to permanently remove it from Adeptia Connect.

Before deleting a Network, either delete all the Partners of a Network or move Partners to another Network

. 

To delete a Network:

1. Click Partners from the homepage.
2. Click Networks from the left menu.

3. On the Networks screen, click Image Added and then click Delete.

4. Click Yes, delete it, when prompted to confirm. 

   This deletes a Network

Granting Access to a Network

With grant access feature for a network, Partners of a network will be able to view the partners of other Networks to which access has been granted to. To grant access to a Network:

1. Click Partners from the homepage.
2. Click Networks from the left menu.

3. On the Networks screen, click More Image Added against the Network you want grant access for and then click Grant Access.

   This opens the list of Networks.

4. Click Grant Access on the tab of the Network you want to give access to.
5. Now, the partners of this Network will be able to view the external partners of the Networks (in step no. 3) you have given access for.
