After you have mapped the fields of the source and target application of the Template, you need to activate it. Activated Templates can be used to create Transactions.
To activate the Template:
Go to Configure > Templates.
The list of existing Templates appears. Search the Template you want to activate.

to activate the Template. Click Yes, turn On for confirmation.
The Template is now activated. You can use it in Transactions.(
