On B2B Dashboard you can view the snapshot of all B2B Transactions. At this page of Adeptia Suite, can monitor:

  • Outbound & Inbound Transactions
  • Number of Trading Partners
  • Staus of Transactions
  • Status of Acknowledgements
  • List of Recent B2B Activities & Errors

Where to find B2B Dashboard

  1. Go to Monitor tab.
  2. Click Dashboard to view the list of Dashboards.
  3. Click B2B Dashboard.

 

After you have landed on the Dashboard page, you can choose the duration of data. For now you can view data of last 7 days or last 30 days.

Sections of B2B Dashboard

Trading Partners

This area will show the number of existing trading partners. Click Manage Partners to create new or manage existing trading partners.

Transactions Status

This section shows the successful and failed Transactions with Green and Red colors respectively.

Acknowledgement Status

This sections shows the number of Acknowledgements segregated with following statuses:

  • Sent
  • Received
  • Overdue
  • Pending
  • Queued

Top 5 Trading Partners

You can view Top 5 Trading partners in this section. Dashboard selects the 5 Partners with maximum number of transactions.

Message Types

This section shows the EDI and Non-EDI Message Types with number of volumes. The volume in each of the transaction type is calculated by the number of transaction sets in each type. All non-EDI message types are show  in the Other option on the graph.

Recent B2B Activities

The table in this sections show the recently executed five or less transaction.

Recent B2B Errors

The table in this section shows recently failed five or less transactions.
