Granting Template Access

You can grant access to a particular Template to a specific Partner. You can grant access to a Template, if and only if,

• the Template is publicly accessible, and
• Partner is self onboarded.

To grant access:

1. Click Configure > Templates.
2. On the Templates screen, click  corresponding to the Template you want to grant access.

3. Click Grant Access.

   
   
   
   

4. The Grant Access window appears listing all the self onboarded Partners. Click Grant Access corresponding to the Partner to grant access.
   
   
   
   

5. Click Yes, grant it, when prompted to confirm.
   
   
   
   The Template access to the selected Partner is granted successfully. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.  

   A Partner can use only an activated Template. If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.
