Field (Account) Information

While configuring the Source or Destination of a Template or Transaction, you need to create an account to configure your application with Adeptia Connect. While creating an account, you need to specify the location from where Adeptia Connect will access the data.

Specify the following information for Zoho: 


 

Field Name

Description

Account Name

A short, descriptive name that helps you re-use this account in future.

Auth Token

Auth token to use to fetch data from Zoho.

To generate the auth token, click the link, and log in to your Zoho account. The auth token should be displayed as shown in the following example: 

Triggers

A Trigger specifies when a particular Transaction will start executing. While configuring the Source of a Template, you need to choose an event. 

Following triggers are available for Zoho at Source.

New CampaignTriggers when you add or modify a campaign. Campaigns provide a platform to organize and record the overall cost for marketing campaigns. New Price BookTriggers when you add or modify a price book. Price Books are the agreed price for selling a product to a customer. Based on the agreed terms, the prices can vary for different customers. The unit price which is the price fixed by the manufacturer for the product and the list price which is the sellers' price can be quoted in the price books. New QuoteTriggers when you add or modify a quote. Quotes are legal agreements between customers and vendors to deliver the requested product within the specified time at the agreed price. A quote can be converted into a Sales Order or Invoice. Templates can also be created based on the quote details and then sent to the customer. New InvoiceTriggers when you add or modify an invoice. Actions

An Action specifies how the data will be transferred at the destination location. While configuring the Destination (Target) of a Template, you need to choose an action.
