Run aistoacmigration.property -  We need to run aistoacmigration.properties after deploying the object to AC .

Steps

1.Open and edit aistoacmigration.properties file from …\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel\MigrationUtility location

2.Provide the server location till AdeptiaServer e.g.   …/AdeptiaConnect-3.7/ConnectServer/AdeptiaServer

3.Save file

4.Open CMD in ……/AdeptiaConnect-3.7\ConnectServer\AdeptiaServer\ServerKernel location

5.Run the following command (Migrationutilliyt.bat)    MigrationUtility.bat -aistoacmigration migrationutility/aistoacmigration.properties

6.Log in to the AC portal and check your transaction

After the migration utility finishes running, all the AIS objects migrate and start acting as objects which are compatible with the new AC environment.

  1. Project related changes:

A project in a user group will be renamed by appending the “_<Group Name>” at the end of project name, for example, Project1_ABC.

If there is no project in a user group, a new project with the same group name will be created.

If any entity exists in the "Default" project, then a new project will be created with the name as Project_<GroupName_Default> in Group_1 and all such entities will be moved into this project.

  1. EDI related changes:

For all the EDI inbound or outbound relationships, their respective inbound or outbound Transactions will be created in AC.

For all the EDI trading partners, respective partners will be created in AC.

All the EDI Trading Partners are assigned to a Network which is created automatically with Name 'EDI’.

A corresponding project will be created for each migrated EDI Trading partner. This is applicable only when EDI Trading partner exist in AIS.
User related changes: All the non-administrative users will be a part of Group_1 and admin users will be a part of the Administrator Group.

Roles for all the migrated users will be set as follows:  

AIS Role

AC Role

Sys-Admin

Admin

Group Admin

IT User

Developer

IT User

Note: This IT user has rights that are different from what it has in AIS as a Developer. For example, create process flow or project.

Business User (Normal)

Monitor

These users will have view permission for Dashboard and Home Page in AC

Business User (Limited)

Monitor Limited

These users do not have any access to any of the AC features except for the Developer Studio option using which they can access to Connect Server
