You can view users, networks, templates, transactions, and available web forms associated with a Partner by following the guidelines given below.

Viewing Users of a Partner
You can view the list of Users created by a self onboarded Partner.
To view Partner Users:
Click Partners > Partners.
On the Partners screen, click
> View Users.
This populates the list of Users on the screen.
Click IT User or Business User below the pie chart to view the list of specific Users.You can also view the list of all Users of all the Partners on one screen by clicking Account > Users. Search for the Partner to view the list of Users associated with it.
Viewing Networks of a Partner
A Partner can be associated with multiple Networks. You can view the list of Networks, a Partner is associated with.
To view Partner Networks:
Click Partners > Partners.
On the Partners screen, click
> View Networks.
This populates the list of Network(s) a Partner is associated with.
Viewing Templates of a Partner
You can view the list of available and used templates associated with a Partner.
Templates available for your Partner. To view Available Partner Templates:
Click Partners > Partners.
On the Partners screen, click
> Available Templates.
The count of Available Templates associated with the Partner is displayed in the brackets next to Templates option in More section.
This displays the list of Available Templates of the Partner on the screen.
Templates of the Networks to which your Partner belongs. As a Company, you can view the list of Templates used by a particular self on boarded Partner. The list also includes those Templates for which the access has been revoked from the Partner. To view Templates used:
Click Partners > Partners.
On the Partners screen, click
> Used Template
The count of Used Templates associated with the Partner is displayed in the brackets next to Templates option in More section.
This displays a list of Templates which the partner belongs to.
Viewing Transactions of a Partner
You can view the list of Transactions created by a self onboarded Partner and the Transactions created for a Partner by your Company. To view the Partner Transactions:
Click Partners > Partners.
On the Partners screen, click
> Transactions. Alternatively, click on the Transactions count in #TRANSACTIONS column.Note
The count of transactions associated with the Partner is also displayed in the brackets next to Transactions option in More section.
This populates the list of Transactions of the Partner on the screen.
Viewing Available Web Forms of a Partner
You can view the list of Web Forms granted to a self onboarded Partner by your Company. To view the Partner Web Forms:
Click Partners > Partners.
On the Partners screen, click
> Available Web Forms.
This populates the list of Web Forms available to the Partner on the screen.
