Delete a Partner to restrict access to Adeptia Connect. You can only delete a Deactivated Partner. 

For information on how to deactivate a Partner, refer to Deactivating a Partner.

To delete a Partner:

  1. Click Partners > Partners. 
  2. Click  corresponding to the Partner you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete.


    The Partner is deleted successfully.

    If you attempt to delete a Partner with an Active status, you will be prompted to deactivate the Partner. Deactivate the Partner first then delete it.
