This patch can only be applied on Adeptia Suite v6.9.5 with any of the following Build Tags:
- Release_AS_6_9_5_13Feb2019
- Release_AS_6_9_5_13Feb2019_RichForm

If you want to upgrade Rich Forms in Adeptia Suite then you need to apply the Rich Forms patch to the latest patch.
