Configuring JSCAPE in Cluster for Load Balancing

You can establish two JSCAPE MFT Servers in the cluster to perform load balancing for the incoming data traffic. Load balanced servers help to achieve high availability for your critical file transfers. To setup JSCAPE MFT Server in the cluster, you need to install and configure the JSCAPE MFT Gateway application.

Prerequisites

Ensure that:

Two JSCAPE MFT Servers installed and configured as failover with same configurations, that is, same users, same services, etc.
A machine equipped with two Network Interface Card (NIC). One NIC on your machine should connect to the network containing your JSCAPE MFT server while another NIC should connect to the network containing your client(s) internet and should have a static IP. The machine should be a different server other than the machines on which JSCAPE Failover is setup.
