Creating Process Flows

The Process Designer is easy to use and enables both technical and non-technical users to design processes. Perform the following steps to create a process flow:

  1. Go to Develop > Process > Process Flow.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. On the New Process Flow screen, provide the values corresponding to the fields.
  4. Click Process Flow Designer. A file - startPD.jnlp will get downloaded to your computer. Double-click to open the Process Flow Designer.
  5. Using the Process Designer, arrange the created activities in the following sequence.

    Mail Source > Source (Text) Schema > Mapping > Target (Text) Schema > Mail Target

  6. Go to the Develop > Process > Process Flow, and then click  to the process flow to execute it explicitly.
