While using Adeptia Connect, you may come across some issues which can be resolved by you at your end itself. The section below guides you on how to resolve some common set of issues.

Unable to view System Console page information?

It may be because Connect Server is unable to connect with your back end database. Check the back end database connection. If the issue still persist, contact your system admin.

Nodes are not able to communicate with each other in a multiple Connect Portal nodes environment. Refer to the section below 'How to configure multiple Portal Nodes' to add multiple nodes. If the issue still persist, contact your system admin.

How to configure multiple Portal Nodes?

Log into Adeptia Connect.
Go to Account > My Company.
Select Portal Cluster Settings from the left pane.
Click Add Node.
On Add Node screen, provide Node Name and Node Access URL.
Click Save.

You can add multiple nodes by following the same process.

How can I configure memory for Portal?

Connect Portal is installed with default memory of 1024M and 2048M. You may need to set up memory parameters to improve the performance of Connect Portal. To change the memory:

Go to …<ConnectPortalInstallFolder>\conf location.
Open launcher.properties file.
Update the JVM parameters based on your requirements.
Save launcher.properties file.
Restart the Connect Portal.

Where can I view Portal Logs?

You can view the Connect Portal logs at the …<ConnectPortalInstallFolder>\logs location.
