Testing a PDF Layout

To test a layout, you need to upload a source file. When a layout is tested, it parses the uploaded file as per the structure defined in the layout and generates the output and error files.

Follow the below steps to test a PDF Layout:

1. Click the Test Layout icon  from the toolbar. 
   
2. Click Upload Test File button  at the bottom-right corner. 
3. Navigate to and upload a PDF file. 
   This will test and display the uploaded file according to the defined layout.
4. You can view the the error records by clicking Error View tab.

You can also download the XML file by clicking the Download XML button () at the bottom-left corner.
