Viewing references and dependencies of a service

There may be a need to know where all a service has been used or what all has constituted a service. Dependencies indicate where all a service has been used whereas references indicate what all have been used in a service.
An intuitive interface makes it easier for a user to understand what he needs to do to see the relevant information. Adeptia Connect makes it effortless for you to navigate to the section that contains the information about a service's dependencies and references. It provides two separate options under the Action menu to view the dependencies and references.
For example, you may want to know which all entities have used a process flow or what all services are part of that process flow. The following sections explain how to view the dependencies and references of the process flow:
Viewing dependencies

Viewing references
Before you go to check for references of a service, make sure that it lies under any of the three categories process flows, templates, and transactions. You cannot see references of other types of services.
