Deploying Objects

Ensure that you have run the Migration utility and selected Environment Promotion option.

To deploy objects:

1. Select Deploy to deploy the objects.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Next to select the source location.
3. Browse to and select the exported zip file.
4. Click Next to select the target location.
5. Browse to and select the Connect Server location (till Adeptia Server) on which the zip is to be deployed, for example, C:\Program Files\AdeptiaConnect\AdeptiaConnect-<version>\ConnectServer\AdeptiaServer.
6. Click Next to select the user ownership. The list of all IT Users of the target environment appears.
7. Select a user to give ownership of the migrated objects. If you select a user, all the migrated objects will be assigned to the user. In case you don't select, all the users with migrated objects from the source environment will move to the target environment.
   
   
   
   

8. Click Next to start deploying. A dialog box "Deployment of selected objects completed successfully" appears confirming objects has been deployed successfully.
   
   

9. Click OK.
10. Click Finish to exit the Migration utility.
