On B2B Dashboard, you can view the snapshot of all B2B transactions. This page is useful to monitor:

• Inbound and Outbound Transactions
• Number of Trading Partners
• Status of Transactions
• Status of Acknowledgements
• List of Recent B2B Activities and Errors

Where to find B2B Dashboard

On the Monitor tab, click Dashboard > B2B Dashboard.

You can view data of last 7 days or last 24 hours only. 

Sections of B2B Dashboard

Trading Partners

This section displays the total number of existing trading partners. Click Manage Partners to create new or manage existing trading partners.

Inbound Transactions

This section displays the total number of inbound transactions per Group Envelope. The successful and failed transactions are displayed in the green and red color respectively.

Outbound Transactions

This section displays the total number of outbound transactions per Group Envelope. The successful and failed transactions are displayed in the green and red color respectively.

Transactions

This section displays the total number of successful and failed inbound and outbound transactions.

Acknowledgement Status

This section displays the number of acknowledgements segregated with following status:

• Sent: Number of acknowledgements sent for the successful inbound transactions.
• Reconciled: Number of acknowledgements received from the trading partner for the successful outbound transactions.
• Overdue: Number of acknowledgements not received from the trading partner after the expiry time for the successful outbound transactions.
• Pending: Number of acknowledgements to be received from the trading partner for the successful outbound transactions
• Queued: Number of acknowledgements to be sent and are in the queued state for the successful inbound transactions.

Top 5 Trading Partners By Volume

In this section, you can view top five Trading Partners with maximum number of transactions (inbound and outbound).

Top 5 Message Types By Volume

This section shows the EDI and Non-EDI Message Types with number of volumes. The volume in each of the transaction type is calculated by the number of transaction sets in each type. All non-EDI message types are shown in the Other option on the graph.

Recent B2B Activities

The table in this section display recently executed five or less transactions. This table displays top five most recent B2B activities irrespective of the time duration selected in the drop-down list box.

Recent B2B Errors

The table in this section display recently five or less failed transactions. This table displays top five most recent B2B activities irrespective of the time duration selected in the drop-down list box.

Acknowledgement Summary for Inbound

The table in this section displays acknowledgement summary of inbound transactions.

Acknowledgement Summary for Outbound

The table in this section displays acknowledgement summary of outbound transactions.
