You can invite two types of users in Adeptia Connect:
  • IT Users
  • Business Users

The roles of both users differ at Company side and Partner side.

Company
IT UsersBusiness Users

Have all tabs in the task pane

Have Partners, Transactions, and Dashboard tabs

Can manage all the transactions  (create, edit,

and delete templates)

Can only view the transactions

Have My Profile, My Company, and Users options

in the Account.

Have My Profile and My Company options

Can invite users and partnersCan only invite partners
Partner
IT UsersBusiness Users

By default, partner role is IT user 

Perform the following steps to invite users:

  1. Click Account.



  2. Click Users



  3. Click Invite Users.



  4. Type the email id of the IT user in the Provide user email text box.
  5. Select IT User or Business User from the Select Role drop-down list.
  6. Type the note in the Note text box.
  7. Click Send. You will receive an email from Adeptia on the registered email id.
  8. Open your email and check your Inbox to activate your account.
  9. Click Activate My Account.



  10. The registration screen appears in a new tab. Fill the details in the registration form and click Complete Registration.



    You have registered successfully. Login to Adeptia Connect.
