There are two types of users that you can register in Adeptia Connect: 
  • IT Users
  • Business Users
User Roles at Company Level
IT UsersBusiness Users

Have complete access to Connect

Can only view and access Partners, Transactions, and Dashboard

Can manage templates, that is, create, edit, and delete templates

Can only view the templates

Can view and access My Profile, My Company, and Users options

Can access only My Profile and My Company options

Can invite users and partnersCan only invite partners

To invite users:

  1. Click Account > Users



  2. Click Invite Users.



  3. Type the email id of the user in the Provide user email text box. 

    The email id is used to register user and to activate the account.
  4. Select the user role (IT user or Business User) from the Select Role drop-down list.
  5. Type the message in the Note text box.  



  6. Click Send. The IT user or Business user will receive an email from Adeptia on the registered email id. Once the user activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section.




Activating Account

IT user or Business user needs to perform the following steps to activate the account.

  1. Open the email received from Adeptia and click Activate My Account.



  2. Fill the details in the registration form and click Complete Registration.



    Your account is activated successfully. Login to Adeptia Connect.
