A user can register in Adeptia Connect through an invitation only. Company admin after setting up a company, adds an user, and sends an activation email. There are two types of users that are registered in Adeptia Connect: 
  • IT Users
  • Business Users

To invite a user:

  1. Click Account > Users



  2. Click Invite Users.



  3. Provide the email id of the user in the Provide user email text box. You can invite more than one user. 

    The email id is used to register user and to activate the account.
  4. Select the user role (IT or Business) from the Select Role drop-down.
  5. Type the message in the Note text box.  



  6. Click Send. The user will receive an email to activate the account on the registered email id. Once the user activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section. 

Activating Account

  1. Access your inbox.
  2. Open the email received from Adeptia and click Activate My Account. You will be asked to complete your registration.



  3. Fill the details in the registration form and click Complete Registration.



    Your account is activated successfully. Login to Adeptia Connect.

Once the user activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section.
