You can only delete a Deactivated Partner. To delete a Partner, you first need to deactivate it and then delete it. 

For information on how to deactivate a Partner, refer to Deactivating a Partner.

To delete a Partner:

  1. Click Partners > Partners. 
  2. Click  corresponding to the Partner you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete.


    The Partner is deleted successfully.

    If you attempt to delete an activated Partner, you will be prompted to deactivate the Partner. Deactivate the Partner then delete it.
