You can see the site activities, get quick access to recent and popular files, and view and arrange lists on your team sites.

Field (Account) Information

While configuring the Source or Destination of a Transaction, you find an Account option to configure your application with Adeptia Connect. Using Account configuration, you need to specify the location from where the data is to be accessed. In this process, provide the details of the application account to grant permission to access data.

Specify the following information for Microsoft SharePoint:

Account Name

A short, descriptive name that helps you re-use this account in future

 

 

 

Triggers

A Trigger specifies when a particular Transaction will start executing. While configuring the Source application, you find a Trigger drop-down list. 

Following triggers are available for Microsoft SharePoint at Source.

New Opportunity

Triggers when an opportunity is created. An opportunity is a sale or pending deal.

Triggers when an opportunity is created or an existing opportunity is modified.

New Event

Triggers when an event is created. Represents an event in the calendar.

Triggers when an event is created or an existing event is modified.

New Case

Triggers when a case is created. A case is a customer issue or problem.

Triggers when a case is created or an existing case is modified.

New Account

Triggers when an account is created. An account is an organization or person involved with your business (such as customers, competitors, and partners).

New Task

Triggers when a task is created.

A task represents a business activity such as making a phone call or other to-do items. Task and Event records are collectively referred to as activities.

New Campaign

Triggers when a campaign is created. A campaign is an outbound marketing project that you want to plan, manage, and track within Salesforce. It can be a direct mail program, seminar, print advertisement, email, or another type of marketing initiative.

Triggers when a product is added. Products are the individual items or services that you sell to customers through your opportunities and quotes. You can create a product and associate it with a price in a price book. Each product can exist in many different price books with many different prices.

New Price Book

Triggers when a price book is created. A price book is a list of products and their associated prices. Each product and its price is called a price book entry.

Actions

An Action specifies how the data will be transferred at the destination location. While configuring the Destination (Target) application, you find an Action drop-down list. 

Following actions are available for Microsoft SharePoint at Destination.

Check Out FileCheck out a file to start editing. While you edit, others cannot make changes to the file you are editing.
Check In FileCheck in a file to save the changes you have made.
