To create a web form:

  1. Click Configure > Web Forms > Create Web Form.



  2. On the Create Web Form window, provide a unique web form name and description.



  3. Select the type from the Form Type - Form or Wizard.
  4. Click to design the form. On clicking, the Web Form opens in a new tab.



    The screen is divided into two panes. The left pane displays a palette of controls and their properties. The right pane displays a blank form. You can create a form by dragging the controls from the left pane and dropping them in the right pane. Rearrange all the controls and design a form. You can edit and customize the control by editing its properties displayed in the Properties section in the left pane.   5. In the Define Navigation, select the type in which you want the form to appear - Web Page or Transaction/Template.
    If you select Web Page then you need to select where you want the page to appear - Partner, Transaction, Dashboard, My Tab, and Web page.
    1. Select where you want the page from the Navigation Path. Depending upon the chosen navigation the web page will appear as a link on the selected screen.

    2. Type the name that you want to appear as a link name in the selected Navigation Path. For instance, if you have selected Partner in the Navigation Path and Employee as a Link Name then Employee will be displayed as a web form link in the Partner tab. 

    If you select Template/Transaction then you can use this web form while creating a Template or Transaction.
  6. Click Save.
    This creates your Web Form and is listed on the Web Form screen.
  7. Publish the web form by clicking > Publish.


    Your web form is now published. Depending on the chosen navigation you can now access the web form.
