A Network is a group of Partners. A Company may create multiple Networks based on the type of Partners. For example, you can create a Network of Partners based on their locations or their nature of business. Following Networks are bundled with Adeptia Connect – You can either use these Networks or create your own based on your requirements:

Suppliers
Vendors

Adding a Network
Follow the steps below to add a Network:
Click Partners on the homepage.
Click Networks > ADD Network.
In the Add Network window, provide a unique name for the Network you are adding.
Click Publish as link check box to create a Network as a menu option in the Partners tab. By creating a separate menu of a Network, you can add and manage Partners of the Network separately.
Click Add.
This adds the Network. You can view the added network in the list of Networks. If you have added a Network as a link then it will also get added as a menu option in the Partners tab.
You can view the added Networks in a list or tile view by clicking and buttons respectively.
Editing a Network
You can modify the name of a Network provided at the time of adding a Network. To modify a Network:
Click Partners on the homepage.
Click Networks from the left pane.
On the Networks screen, click and then click Edit.
On the Edit Network window, edit the name of the Network and click Save.
On the Networks screen, click and then click Delete.
Click Yes, delete it, when prompted to confirm.
Granting Access to a Network
With grant access feature for a network, Partners of a network will be able to view the partners of other Networks to which access has been granted to. To grant access to a Network:
Click Partners from the homepage.
Click Networks from the left menu.
On the Networks screen, click More against the Network you want grant access for and then click Grant Access.
This opens a list of Networks.
Click Grant Access on the tab of the Network you want to give access to.
Now, the partners of this Network will be able to view the external partners of the Networks (in step no. 3) you have given access for.
