Depending on the chosen navigation while creating a Web Form, you can go to the tab and access the Web Form. For instance, if you have selected Partner as a Navigation tab, click the Partner tab, and select then click the web form from the left menu options. The form will appear on the right side of the screen.
If you have selected My Tab as a Navigation tab then you will find a new tab - My Solutions before the Partners tab. Click the My Solutions tab and then click the web form name from the left menu options.
