A Company may have numerous Users and there is a need to create separate users account to allow users to access Adeptia Connect using their own credentials. A Company User can invite Partners and creates Templates and Transactions.
There are three types of Users in Adeptia Connect:
- IT UsersUser
- Business UsersUser
- Sys Admin
The roles of both users differ at Company side and Partner side.

At Company
IT Users can view all tabs (Partners, Transactions, Dashboard, and Configure) in the task pane. They can manage all the transactions and can create and invite partners. They can view My Profile, My Company, and Users options in the Account.
Business Users can view tabs (Partners, Transactions, and Dashboard) in the task pane. They can only view all the transactions and can only create partners. They can view My Profile and My Company options in the Account.
At Partner
IT Users can view tabs (Transactions and Dashboard) in the task pane. By default, the role is IT user. They can invite Business users as well.

Register a User through an invitation, view the status of the sent invitations, and resend the invitation to the unaccepted invitations.
View the details of a User specified while sending an invitation.
Deactivate a User to restrict access from Adeptia Connect.
Modify the details of a User.
Prevent a user to access Adeptia Connect by deleting it.
