Only a Company administrator and an IT User can create a Template. However, we recommended that only an IT User creates a Template.

Using a File template type, you You can create following two types of File Templates:

Inbound TemplateOutbound Template

Create an Inbound Template to receive helps in receiving data from the Partner. In this Template, your Partner will can define the Source application account and configuration details. Create an Outbound Template to send with configuration details and Company defines the configuration for the destination.
