Only a Company administrator and an IT User can create a Template. However, we recommended that only an IT User creates a Template.

Using an App template type, you You can create following two types of App Templates:

Inbound Template

Outbound Template

Create an Inbound template to receive Inbound Template helps in receiving data from the Partner. In this Template, your Partner will define defines the Source application account and configuration details. Create an Outbound Template to send with configuration details and Company defines the configuration for the destination.

Outbound Template

Outbound Template helps in sending data to the Partner. In  In this Template, Company will define defines the Source application account and configuration detailswith configuration details and your Partner defines the configuration for the destination.
