Delete a Partner to prevent from having access to Adeptia Connect 2.0. You permanently remove from Adeptia Connect. All the Transaction of the Partner will get automatically deleted. You can only delete a the Deactivated Partner.

For information on how to deactivate a Partner, refer to Deactivating a Partner.

To delete a Partner:

  1. Click Partners > Partners. 
  2. Click Image Removed corresponding to the Partner you want to delete.
  3. If you attempt to delete an activated Partner, you will be prompted to deactivate the Partner. Deactivate the Partner then delete it

    Click On the Partners screen, click Image Added > Delete.

    The Partner is deleted successfully.

  4. Click Yes, delete it, when prompted to confirm.
    This deletes a Partner.
