The issues related to User Interface are logged in the browser's Console. This page discusses how you can download these logs written in different browsers' Console.

- Click the Console tab.
- Use either of the following options to save the Console logs.
Option 1
- In the Console tab, right-click and select Save as...
This opens a Save As window. In the Save As window, select a location where you want to save the Console logs and click Save Click Save to save the logs at the selected location. Option 2
- Copy the Console logs from the Console tab and paste them to a text editor.
- Save the file as a text file.

By default, the Develop menu in Safari is disabled. You need to enable it first and then next you can save the Console logs. If you've already enabled the Develop menu, you can skip to the Saving the Console logs section to save the logs. - Click Safari to open a menu and then select Preferences...
- On In the window that opens, switch to click the Advanced tab.
- At the bottom of the window, select Show Develop menu in menu bar to enable the Develop menu.
