You can grant a Partner an access to a particular Template to a specifc Partner to allow the Partner to use it in doing Transactions. You can grant the Template for creating a Transaction. There are two conditions for granting access to a particular Template if:

  • The Template is publicly accessible, andmust be activated.
  • The Partner to whom you are granting access is self onboarded.

  1. Click Configure Templates.
  2. On the Templates screen, click

    Click Image AddedGrant Access.

  3. The On the Grant Access window appears listing , all the self onboarded Partners of the Network(s) for which Template is created, will be populated. Click Grant Access corresponding to the Partner to grant Template access.

  4. Click Yes, grant it, when prompted to confirm.Image Removed

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to 5 to grant access to multiple Partners. The

  6. Click Close to close the Grant Access window.

    This grants access to the Template is granted successfully. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.

    If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.

You can also revoke access to a Template from the Partner anytime whenever you need. Click  Image Added > Revoke Access. On the Revoke Access window, click Revoke Access to revoke access to the Template from the Partner. Repeat the steps to revoke access from the multiple Partners.
