This section explains the process of configuring Dropbox application.
 

Steps to Configure Dropbox

1. Go to https://www.dropbox.com/developers.

2. Click the App Console link.

3. Sign in using your Dropbox credentials.

4. Click the Click Create app button.

5. Select the Dropbox API app radio button.

6. Now, select Select Files and datastores as the type of data your app needs to store on Dropbox.

7. Select the No radio button to Select No to grant access to files already on Dropbox.

8. Select the Select All file Types radio button to  to access all types of files.

9. Type

   of Files

   Enter a name for your APP for, e.g., My App.

   Click the Create app button. The following screen displays

   app.

10. Click Create app.

11. Click Enable additional User.

    Keep a note of Note the value of App Key and App Secret Key. You need to configure these values in Adeptia Suite.

12. Enter Type the URL in the Redirect URIs textbox text box in the below format:
    
    https://<IP address or domain name>:8443 /app/rest/adapters/dropbox/account (see figure above).
    Replace the highlighted part with the Domain
    where, IP address is the IP address where Adeptia Suite is installed, which will be accessed by the end userrunning.

13. Click the Click Add button.

14. Click Okay to close this dialog box.

15. Now, go to Detailstab and fill the information as shown below:

16. Click Save changes.
