A user can register in Adeptia Connect through an invitation only. Company admin after setting up a company, adds an user, and sends an activation email. There are two types of users that can be registered in Adeptia Connect: 
  • IT Users
  • Business Users

A Company may have numerous Users and there is a need to create separate users account to allow users to access Adeptia Connect using their own credentials. A Company User can invite Partners and creates Templates and Transactions.

There are three types of Users in Adeptia Connect:

  • IT User
  • Business User
  • Sys Admin

The role of each User differs. For more information, refer to User Roles.

Inviting a User

Register a User through an invitation, view the status of the sent invitations, and resend the invitation to the unaccepted invitations.

Viewing User Details

View the details of a User specified while sending an invitation.

Deactivating a User

Deactivate a User to restrict access from Adeptia Connect.

Editing User Details

Modify the details of a User.

Moving Objects to Another User

Move the objects to another User of the same type (IT to IT User or Business to Business User).

Deleting a User

Prevent a user to access Adeptia Connect by deleting it.
