You can transfer the ownership of Move the objects (Transactions and Templates) of a user to another user to:

  • Authorize User to
another User. Ownership of the objects will be transferred to

You can move objects to another user of the same type of user (Business to Business User and IT to IT userUser).

Only a Company administrator and an IT User have the rights to transfer ownershipmove objects. 

To transfer ownershipmove objects:

  1. Click Account > Users.

  2. On the Users screen, click  > Transfer Ownership Move Objects.

  3. On the Transfer Ownership Move Objects window, select the user you want to move objects from the drop-down list to transfer objects and click TransferMove.

     A message "Ownership is successfully transferred" confirms objects are transferred successfully

  4. Click Yes, when prompted to confirm.

  5. A message appears confirming objects are moved successfully.

  6. Click Close to close the ownership window.Image Removed
