The Partner (IT User) can edit details. This might be necessary in for the following situations:

  • User details has have been changed.
  • Assigning different role assigned to the User. 

Before editing User details, you need to change the status of the User to Inactive. For You can modify the details of an Inactive User only. For more information, refer to Deactivating a User.

InfoYou are not allowed to edit the Company and email id of

a User.

To edit User details:

  1. Click Account > Users

  2. On the Users screen,

    do one of the following:Click Image Removed corresponding to the User whose details you want to edit and then click Edit.

    Click Image Removed corresponding to the User whose details you want to edit.

    click Image Added > Edit.

    If you attempt to edit details of a User with an Active status, you will be prompted to deactivate the User. Deactivate the User first then edit details.
  3. The On the Edit User Detail window appears. Edit  window, edit the details you want to edit and click Save.
