A User can register in Adeptia Connect through an invitation only. The Partner (IT User) can only invite Users.

To invite a User:

  1. Click Account > Users

  2. On the Users screen, click Image Removed Invite User.The
  3. On the Invite User window

    appears.

    Provide , provide the email id of the User in the Provide User Email text box. This email id is used to register User and to activate the account.

    You can invite more than one Usermultiple users using their email ids separated by a comma. 
  4. Select the User role (IT or Business) from the Select Role drop-down list. The user rights may vary depending upon their role defined. For more information, click here.
  5. Type the message in the Message text box. This message will be sent in the body of the invitation email. 
  6. Provide the email id in the Reply to Email text box. This email id is used to send queries/ User will write to this email id in case of any questions.

  7. Click Send to send the invitation. The User will receive an email to activate the account on the provided email id. After the User activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section with an Active status.

You can check the status of the invitation sent to the Users from the SENT INVITES group displayed in the left pane of the Users screen. All the accepted invitations are marked as Image RemovedImage Added and unaccepted invitations are marked as Not Accepted.

It may also happen, due to some network problem, User Account Creation invitation is not received by the User. Adeptia Connect facilitates you to resend the invitation to the User.

To resend the invitation, in the SENT INVITES group, click Image RemovedImage Added corresponding to the User who has not received or not accepted the invitation. The On the Invite User window appears. Click , click Send to resend the invitation.
