After you have created a Web Form, you will be prompted to turn on the Web Form. Unless you confirm it, the state remains OFF. You may choose to turn ON/OFF either at the time of creation or through the Web Forms screen later. Turning On on a Web Form means activating a Web Form to access it and or use it while creating a Template.

  1. Click Configure > Web Forms.

  2. On the Web Forms screen, click  to  corresponding to the form that you want to activate.
