Secure Bridge SecureBridge helps a hub or a company remotely manage their the Agents effectively. Under this feature, a hub or company would install various Agents and manage them remotely. The Agents installing at the various location The SecureBridge has two separate components, an Agent and an Agent Manager. The SecureBridge Agent is installed at the partner's location whereas the Agent Manager is integrated with the Adeptia Connect application from where a hub or company manages their agents remotely. Once the company installs the Agent on its partner's location, the Agent starts capturing partner specific data on a periodical basis and makes it available for the company to monitor the data using SecureBridge Agent Manager.
A company can install multiple Agents at multiple locations based on the requirements.
SecureBridge is an optional component in Adeptia Connect. The Agents installed at various locations will have limited features of the Adeptia Connect and this is driven by the a license key. You can contact Adeptia Support to procure a relevant license for Secure BridgeSecureBridge.
The agent can apply customized solutions on the secure bridge using migration utility. Once the solution is applied, hub user can check the transaction logs, status, agent details, action logs, etc. of the Agents in AgentManagerGUI of Dashboard in Adeptia Connect.
