The process flow information can be saved in a PDF file for the documentation purpose. It contains the screenshot, variables, and activities details of details of the process flow. You can also get the process flow details like Name, ID, Description, etc.

The first page of the PDF contains the company logo, name of the process flow, and process flow screenshot. The company logo in the generated PDF is same as configured in Adeptia Connect.

In the Process Designer, click Image Removed from the toolbar.

On the PDF Generation window, select the type of PDF you want to generate.

Generating PDF of a Process Flow

  1. In Web Process Designer, click Generate PDF Image Added icon from the toolbar to generate the PDF.

  2. The PDF will be generated with the process flow name and saved in the specified folder depends on your browser settings.
