After you have mapped the fields of the source Source and target the Target application of the Template or you have defined the Source and Target application of a Template, you need to activate it. Activated Templates can be used to create Transactionswill be prompted to turn on the Template. Unless you confirm it, the state remains OFF. You may choose to turn ON/OFF either at the time of creation or through the Templates screen later. Turning On a Template means activating a Template to create Transactions.

To activate the a Template:

1. Go to Click Configure > Templates.Image Removed
   

2. The list of existing Templates appears. Search the Template you want to activate.

3. Click Image Removed to activate the Template.

4. On the Templates screen, click Image Added to activate.

5. Click Yes, turn On for confirmation, when prompted to confirm.

   Image Added
   The Template is now activated
   This activates a Template. You can now use it in Transactionsto create Transactions.

   Info
   (Image RemovedImage Added) corresponding to the Template indicates activated Template.
