Field (Account) Information

While configuring the Source or Destination of a Transaction, you find an Account option to configure your application with Adeptia Connect. Using Account configuration, you need to specify the location from where the data is to be accessed. In this process, provide the details of the application account to grant permission to access data.

Field

Description

Account Name

A short, descriptive name that helps you re-use this account in future.

AccountIDThe account number used to login to the NetSuite platform. You can find the account ID in the NetSuite by going to Setup IntegrationWeb Services Preferences.

User ID

User ID to log into your NetSuite account.

Password

Password to log into your NetSuite account.

Triggers

A trigger (Source) specifies when a particular Transaction will start executing. While configuring the Source of a Transaction, you find a Trigger drop-down list. Select the required trigger type from this drop- down list.  

Following triggers are available for NetSuite at Source.

This application is available at Source only. Using this application, you can create a Template using a Transaction. You can use only those Transactions for which Pre Process app is the source.

Following are the high-level steps for using this application:

  1. Create a Template using Pre Process app at Source.

  2. Create a Transaction using this template.
  3. Now, again create a Template using Post Process app at Destination.
  4. Select Post Process app while defining the Destination application.

  5. Select Transaction from the Select Post Process Type.
  6. Select the Transaction, created in Step 2, from the Select Transaction.
