Process flows can be in an activated or de-activated state. You cannot execute a process flow, which is in de-activated state. If you want to execute a de-activated process flow, you have to first activate it. When a process flow is created, it is in activated state, if number of activated process flows is less than maximum allowed by license. Otherwise process flow is created in de-activated state.
Steps to activate/de-activate a process flow

              1. On the Adeptia Suite homepage menu, go to Develop > Process and then click Process Flow. The Manage Process Flow screen is displayed (see Figure 82).

  1.  Go to Develop > Process > Process Flow.

  2. Select the process flow you want to activate or deactivate.
  3. Select the Activate or Deactivate button as  as per your requirement.To de-activate the process flow, click the De-activate button.
  4. Similarly to activate a de-activated process flow, select the radio button adjacent to it and click Activate link.
