There are two types of users that you can register in Adeptia Connect: 
  • IT Users
  • Business Users
User Roles at Company Level
IT UsersBusiness Users

Have complete access to Connect

Can only view and access Partners, Transactions, and Dashboard

Manage transactions Can manage templates, that is, create, edit,

and delete templates

Can only view the transactionstemplates

Can view and access My Profile, My Company, and Users options

in an Account.

Can only access My Profile and My Company

Perform the following steps to To invite users:

  1. Click Account .
    Click > Users. 



  2. Click Invite Users.



  3. Type the email id of the

    IT

    user in the Provide user email text box.

    user and to activate the account.
  4. Select the user role (IT user or Business User) from the Select Role drop-down list.
  5. Type the note message in the Note text box. <<define the significance of note, will it go as a message in mail?>> 



  6. Click Send. You The IT user or Business user will receive an email from Adeptia on the registered email id.<<who will receive, the user? here the registration is  
    The following steps are done by the IT user so you should be clear?>>user or Business user.
  7. Open your the email and check your Inbox to activate your account. <<These steps are for the User being registered>> << the steps above are being done by the IT user who is registering? >>Click received from Adeptia and click Activate My Account.



  8. The registration screen appears in a new tab. Fill the details in the registration form and click Complete Registration.


    You have registered successfully. Login to Adeptia Connect.

  1. Once the user is registered successfully, it will get listed in the Company's Users section.
