  1. Click Account > Users



  2. Click Invite Users.



  3. Type the email id of the user in the Provide user email text box. 

    Info
    The email id is used to register user and to activate the account.
  4. Select the user role (IT user or Business User) from the Select Role drop-down list.
  5. Type the message in the Note text box.  



  6. Click Send. The IT user or Business user will receive an email from Adeptia on the registered email id.  
    The following steps are done by the Once the user activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section.

Activating Account

IT user or Business user needs to perform the following steps to activate the account.

  1. Open the email received from Adeptia and click Activate My Account.



  2. The registration screen appears in a new tab. Fill the details in the registration form and click click Complete Registration.


    Once the user is registered successfully, it will get listed in the Company's Users section.
