A table at the end of this page lists detailed information on user roles. 

To invite usersa user:

  1. Go to Account > Users



  2. Click Invite Users.



  3. Type the email id of the user in the Provide user email text box. 

    Info
    The email id is used to register user and to activate the account.
  4. Select the user role (IT or Business) from the Select Role drop-down.
  5. Type the message in the Note text box.  



  6. Click Send. This will send an account activation email to the user. 

    You can view the list registered users in the screen shown below.
