A user can register in Adeptia Connect through an invitation only. To invite a user:
  1. Click Account > Users

  2. Click Invite Users.

    The Invite User window appears.
  3. Provide the email id of the user in the Provide user emailUser Email text box. You can invite more than one user.

    The email id is used to register user and to activate the account.

  4. Select the user role (IT, Business, or BusinessSys Admin) from the Select Role drop-down list.
  5. Type the message in the Note Message text box. This message will be sent in the body of the invitation emailImage Removed

  6. Provide the email id in the Reply to Email text box. This email id is used to send queries/questions.

  7. Click Send to send the invitation. The user will receive an email to activate the account on the registered provided email id. Once the user activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section. 

Activating Account

  1. Access your inbox.
  2. Open the email received from Adeptia and click Activate My Account. You will be asked to complete your registration.

    Fill the details in the registration form and click Complete Registration.

    Your account is activated successfully. Login to Adeptia Connect.

  1. user activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section with an Active status.
