A user You can register a User in Adeptia Connect through an invitation only. To invite a userUser:
  1. Click Account > Users



  2. Click .
    The Invite User window appears.
  3. Provide the email id of the user User in the Provide User Email text box. The This email id is used to register user User and to activate the account.

  4. Select the user User role (IT, Business, or Sys Admin) from the Select Role drop-down list.
  5. Type the message in the Message text box. This message will be sent in the body of the invitation email. 
  6. Provide the email id in the Reply to Email text box. This email id is used to send queries/questions.

  7. Click Send to send the invitation. The user User will receive an email to activate the account on the provided email id. Once the user User activates the account, it gets listed in the Users section with an Active status.

You can check the status of the invitation sent to the Users from the SENT INVITES group. All the accepted invitations are marked as Image Added and unaccepted invitations are marked as Not Accepted.

It may also happen, due to some network problem, User Account Creation invitation is not received by the User. Adeptia Connect facilitates you to resend the invitation to the User.

To resend the invitation, in the SENT INVITES group, click Image Added corresponding to the User who has not received or not accepted the invitation.
