Support to View Default Parameter while Adding a Partner or Creating a Transaction.
If users set parameters while adding a Network or creating a Template, then they can also select one of those parameter as default. This default parameter will be displayed on the screen when user adds partner to that parametrised network or creates a Transaction using the Template that used parameters.
