The process flow information can be saved in a PDF file for the documentation purpose. It contains the screenshot, variables, and activities details of details of the process flow. You can also get the process flow details like Name, ID, Description, etc.

The first page of the PDF contains the screenshot and the name of the process flow.

It contains information regarding each and every activity of the process flow. 

Generating PDF of a Process Flow

  1. In Web Process Designer, click Generate PDF Image Added icon from the toolbar to generate the PDF.

  2. On the Save window, select the folder where you want to save. By default, the PDF will be generated with the process flow name. However, you can also change the name of the PDF file from the File name.
  3. Click Save. The PDF file is saved in the specified folder.
