  1. Click Configure > Process Flow.

  2. On Process Flow screen, click more  icon and then select Execute option from the list.

  3. A pop-up will appear informing your job has been submitted to the Queue Processor for the execution of the process flow.

    You can also view the status of process flow execution on Dashboard. However, this feature is managed through View Logs on Connect Dashboard button from View Process Flow Properties panel in Web Process Designer. By default, this feature is enabled in Adeptia Connect.


  4. To view the Execution status, follow these steps:

    1. Click Dashboard and select Transaction section from the left pane.

    2. This section displays the details of the Process Flows and Transactions that are executed successfully or aborted. 

    3. The status field displays the execution status.

      : An error in the execution of the Transaction.

      : Successful execution of the Transaction.

    4. You can also check the detailed execution details by clicking More > Execution Details.

Follow the steps to execute a process flow automatically:

  1. Go to Develop > ProcessClick Configure > Process Flow.
  2. Click Image Removedto Image Added to the process flow and then click Bind Event from the list.

  3. On the Bind Event window, type the name and description of the event registry.

  4. To bind an existing event to the process flow, select Use Existing and select the event from the Existing drop-down list. This drop-down will have all the existing events created in Adeptia SuiteConnect

    To bind a new event to the process flow, select Create New and then select the event type from the Event Type drop-down list, and then click Create Event button. This displays the Create Event screen for the selected event type. For example, if you select Mail Event from the Event Type drop-down list, then clicking Create Event displays the Create Mail Event screen.
  5. Click Save.
